Classification: Full Time
Summary: This position analyzes financial information related to real estate and business loans.
Essential Functions:

Understand personal and business tax returns as well as financial statements

Ability to determine a member’s ability to repay loans

Understand complex documentation related to real estate and business loans
Responsibilities:

Analyzing financial information

Performing/ordering value analysis

Must be friendly and outgoing to all co-workers and members

Be able to generate loan presentations for lender and/or loan committee

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Experience: Lending experience is needed.

Education: Must have a degree in accounting or finance.

Sell Negotiable Items

Cashing Checks

Accept Loan Payments

To perform teller functions with minimal errors.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience

Education: A high school diploma or GED

Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Must be outgoing and friendly.

Other skills: Must have good communication skills, must be organized, Bilingual a plus.
