As one of the first credit unions chartered in the Permian Basin, our legacy is extensive. Southwest Heritage Credit Union was formed April 28, 1949 as a member owned, not-for-profit, financial cooperative; offering share and loan services to 35 original members.

 

Over the years, we have grown in many ways. Presently, our membership is over 9,000 with total assets of well over $100M. We have embraced technology and we strive to stay on the forefront of those advancements, while still maintaining the friendly, personal service that has helped us grow and prosper over the years.
