Member’s Access to Credit Union Documents

Upon request, a member is entitled to review or receive a copy of the most recent version of the following credit union documents:

  1. Balance sheet and income statement
  2. A summary of the most recent annual audit completed
  3. The articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules, guidelines, board policies, and copies thereof
  4. Internal Revenue Service Form 990

COMMERCIAL LOAN ASSISTANT

MUST HAVE - Knowledge of:

  • Commercial and real estate loan documentation
  • Loan processing and underwriting
  • Good oral and written skills
  • Proficient in word
  • Excel
  • General computer skills
  • College degree or high school graduate
  • Three to five years of related experience required
